Limerick - Geroge Washington

George Washington went to sea,
To look for the ferocious bee.
The battle went on for a week,
Untill the bee grew weak.
And he came back with of pot of tea.

Rhyming Poem

Mum, mum i hurt my nose,
AND please don't step on my toes.

Mum, mum i've got to go,
Today were're going to the Gold Coast Show!

Mum, mum you're going to be late,
Do you want to miss your date?

Metaphor Poem

Red eye tree frog

A mountain goat leaping from rock to rock,
And silk skin on its back.
A camilion, hidden in the dense thicket.
Bloodshot eyes from a horror sight.

Simile Poem

Red - eyed tree frog.

Leaping like a mountain goat,
Smooth as silk,
Blending in like a camilion in the rainforest,
Small and agile in the forest.
Red - eyed tree frogs.
